After successfully branding your image, you’re probably left wondering what comes next; how do you get your business out there. Well, here are a few tips to help you achieve that:
• Your logo? Place it everywhere; on everything.
• Every company needs its employees to understand what their brand is trying to communicate- that is all employees should be aware of the brand attributes. What is it that you are trying to communicate about your brand? What are the key messages?
• Did you know that branding is a part of every aspect of your business? Everything your business does is centered around it. From your company shirts and memorabilia to the email signature that is used throughout the company.
• Your brand should also have a “voice” that reflects your company. This voice should be the first thing that comes to mind when someone thinks of your company as the voice should be engraved into the very core of your company.
• Create a tagline; something catchy, concise and meaningful. Ensure that it captures your audiences’ attention.
• It’s also necessary to create templates and brand standards for marketing. All this should coincide with the logo and the tagline. Everything should have a cohesive feeling all around; use the same colors, font and logo placement all throughout.
• Imagine a person who doesn’t have an identity; a person who is always changing. No one can say for sure who that person is, nor will they desire to interact with the ever-changing person. The same concept can be said about a company. If a company is untrue to its brand- its identity- customers won’t want to return or even refer someone else to your business if you’re unable to properly deliver your brand promise.
